Application Process

Due to the extensiveness and complexity of this certification, all participants must apply to be accepted into the program. Only 4 people will participate at a time for the certification process, with the current frequency of the program at 6 months.

Only participants with a minimum 5 years in the specialty coffee industry will be considered. Further preparation and study will be required before the course starts.

  • $3900 inc. gst

  • Nov 9-13, 2026

  • Our last day is dedicated to retakes of the 7 assessments. You are allowed to retake 3 asssessments in the week of the course and only 1 retake of each assessment is allowed. Any more and you will have to come back at another time to retake the failed assessments. The cost for this is $1400 inc. gst.

  • Any reschedules within a month of the course will incur a rescheduling fee. Please read our terms and conditions page for further details.
